The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Wazid, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2024, under Sections 384, 354 of IPC, and section 11/12 of POCSO Act, and section 66-D and 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Peepiganj, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he abducted the daughter of informant and threatened her to make her incriminating photographs viral. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that no such incriminating video or photographs were recovered from the applicant. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal
