The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0319 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Dibai, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co-accused Amit Kumar and after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Amit Kumar has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 11370 of 2025 and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4. He f
