Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.157 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 504 I.P.C., 5/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station- Mant, District- Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Kanta Sharma has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.43783 of 2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 25.6.2024, having no criminal history.
