The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manoj Kumar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 454 of 2021, under Section 376 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Ramgarhtal, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, five prosecution witnesses have been examined.
