By means of this application, the applicant, Sonu Alias Dilshad, who is involved in Case Crime No.96 of 2024, under Sections 147, 149, 332, 353, 224, 307 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Biharigarh, District- Saharanpur and is in jail since 20.06.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Nazim and Smt. Nasima, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 24.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 26781 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused persons, Nazim and Smt. Nasima, who have already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and fo
