Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 304 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376, 120-B, 504 of IPC, 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Izzatnagar, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have enticed away two minor daughters of the informant in the morning of 28.05.2024. 5.
