The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shivam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 83 of 2024, under Sections 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kudhfatehgarh, District- Sambhal, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although the victim is minor, aged about 15 years as per ossification test report, but she has admitted going to the applicant on her own sweet will.
