The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Badal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 890 of 2023, under Section- 420 IPC and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Hapur Nagar, District- Hapur, pendency of trial. There is allegation of making of illegal arms by the applicant. The illegal arms and the implements used in the manufacturing of the same has been recovered. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant is languishing in jail since 23.12.2023. In case he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. The applicant has criminal history of 17 cases to his credit.
