Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. In the case of police party firing the applicant was granted bail on 23.10.2008. He attended trial up to 18.08.2020. Thereafter, he could not appeared before the trial court. Hence, the bail was granted to the applicant was cancelled. The applicant is in jail since 11.09.2023 and has criminal history of 8 cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
