The allegation against the applicant was outraging modesty of minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the informant submits that implication has been made on account of village politics. Medical report of victim does not supports the prosecution case. He is in jail since 06.07.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
