The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashok Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, under Sections- 307, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Saraikhwaja, District- Jaunpur. 3. There are allegations in the F.I.R that on 02.06.2024 at about 06:30 a.m the applicant, Ashok Singh @ Sonu Singh and an unknown person, came on the shop of informant and started felling its wall. His son, Deepak Vishwakarma, resisted and the applicant is alleged to have fired on the stomach of son of informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits
