Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 294 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 64(2)M, 351(3), 352 of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sinduriya, District - Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4.
