The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rupesh Kumar Jha, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 483 of 2024, under Sections 376(3) IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Indirapuram, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although the victim is minor, but she left her house on her own sweet will and went to meet the applicant.
