The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Tarun, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 236 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 of IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station - Sahibabad, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction and rape of minor victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary- affidavit bringing on record the statement of the informant, who has turned hostile.The victim has been examined before the trial court and has not supported the prosecution
