This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Chanchal Singh Alias Praveen Kumar Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 250 of 2024, under Sections 109 (1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27/30 of Arms Act, Police Station Garwar, District Ballia. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 6.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no injury on the vital part of the body of the injured, so the provisions of Section 109 of BNS could not be attracted
