The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ajay, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.917 of 2018, under Sections 323, 504, 354, 354-A, IPC and section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Brahampuri, District Meerut, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of out raising the modesty of his own daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated by his own wife. He was earlier granted bail on 26.09.2019, but he absconded from the proceedings from 11.02.2021 to 21.04.2023.
