The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.129 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.7.2024 against the applicant and two others and two unknown persons and according to the FIR on 13.7.2024 applicant along with others had taken the husband of the informant towards field and thereafter he did not return and in the morning his dead body was recovered. 5.
