The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.742 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S. and Sections 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
