Learned Senior counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court only charges have been framed.No prosecution witnesses have been examined.The applicant is in jail since 1.8.2023. and has criminal history of three cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
