The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bantu Jatav @ Susheel, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2024, under Sections 354-B of IPC and 9m/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Rendhar, District- Jalaun, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of 7 years old girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on account of village politics. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 30.06.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded
