F.I.R has been lodged against him on account of domestic quarrel. Counsel for the informant submits that on account of some misunderstanding the F.I.R was lodged. He has no objection in case bail was granted to the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 21.06.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, larger mandate of the Article 21 of the Constituti
