The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Subhash Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 629 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Katghar, District- Moradabad, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in one case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
