There are allegations against the applicant of commission of repeated offence of rape and criminal intimidation of victim. Counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R is delayed by about 2.5 years. The applicant is in jail since 21.04.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. The applicant has been implicated by the informant who is his land lord to his daughter on account of ulterior motive. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant,
