Learned AGA informs that notice on opposite party no.2 has been served personally but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application. The allegation against the applicant of commission of offence of rape and criminal intimation of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it is clear that she has lodged the case only because applicant has filed some case against her family on 14.01.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that insertion of finger in the private part of the victim is alleged. Applicant is in jail since 15.01.2024.
