Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown accused and according to the FIR, two unknown persons by playing fraud received Rs. 50,000/- from the informant while he was in bank and during investigation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter on the basis of his confessional statement. 4.
