The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jairam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2008 (S.T. No. 830 of 2011), under Section- 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station - Tappal, District - Aligarh. Applicant has admittedly absconded from trial for about 12 years.Therefore, it is not a fit case for granting bail to the applicant. The bail application is accordingly, rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
