Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 402 of 2024, under Sections 323, 354A, 376(3) of IPC and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sikandrabad, District - Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have told the victim that he has her indecent video of taking bath and had blackmailed her.
