The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court by the coordinate Bench of this court on 30.10.2023 directing the trial court to conclude the trial within period of six months. Counsel for the applicant submits that as yet even charges have not been framed before the trial court. There is remote possibility of early conclusion of trial. The applicant is in jail since 10.07.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
