Learned counsel for the applicant submits that informant is second wife of the applicant while applicant was also married earlier to a women,who died. Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.The alleged demand of dowry is not credible in second marriage of the applicant with victim. There is no evidence of causing offence under section 313 I.P.C. by the applicant.The applicant is in jail since 19.4.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
