The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sakib, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2024, under Sections- 3/25, 5/25(7) of Arms Act, Police Station- Lalkurti, District- Meerut, pendency of trial. There is allegation of making of illegal arms by the applicant. The illegal arms and the implements used in the manufacturing of the same has been recovered. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant is languishing in jail since 13.06.2024 and has criminal history of 14 cases to his credit. In case he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
