By means of this application, the applicant, Vishwnath, who is involved in Case Crime No. 2114 of 2023, Case Crime No. 26 of 2021, under Sections- 323, 354-A, 427, 452, 504, 506, 34, 325 IPC and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Amrahat, District- Kanpur Dehat, and is in jail since 18.05.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3.
