The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Danish @ Suhail, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 116 of 2023, Sessions Case No.822 of 2023, under Sections 307, 457 IPC and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Kant District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of injured and gun shot injury was caused on his chest. Exit wound was found on the person of the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is sole accused, but he is in jail since 28.2.2023.
