Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape, criminal intimidation, etc., against the victim. Counsel for the applicant submits that initially the applicant was implicated for committing the offence of outraging modesty of victim. Later the allegations have been intensified after one month on the basis of statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and he has been implicated under Section 376 IPC. The medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case. She is aged about 19 years. The applicant alleges false implication in this case. He is in jail since 12.06.2024 and has no criminal history
