Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Smt Ayushi Agrawal, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406 IPC and Section 66 I.T. Act, Police Station Medical, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of criminal breach of trust and cheating against the investors. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has criminal history of 138 cases to her credit and she is languishing in jail since 18.11.2020.
