There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on the life of the injured.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of sudden provocation. There was no prior intention or planning to commit alleged offence The applicant is in jail since 8.6.2024 and has criminal history of one case to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
