This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohammad Shameem, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, under Sections 87, 82 (2), 61 (2) BNS and Section 3/5 (1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Chilhiya, District Siddharth Nagar. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 22.07.2024 at 11:00 p.m. applicant has enticed away the daughter of the informant. 4.
