The allegation against the applicant of commission of unnatural offence against the son of the informant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case. The Doctor has opined that minor injures have been caused on private part of the injured due to hard stool. It is case of false implication. Applicant is in jail since 22.02.2024 and has criminal history of one case. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above; finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant;
