The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.224 of 2023, under Sections 201, 302 IPC, Police Station Maeel, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with co-accused Shivam Yadav but it appears, on the basis of suspicion he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, before lodgment of the FIR, however, informant i.e. wife of the deceased moved a missing report and in that missing report she stated that applicant has taken the deceased but no such fact has been mentioned by the
