Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of no injury.The applicant is in jail since 2.3.2024 and has criminal history of 11 cases to his credit which has been explained in paragraph- 3 of the supplementary affidavit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
