Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Haseen, has been granted bail by this Court on 20.12.2022 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 27909 of 2022. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
