The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2024, under Sections 302 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Khurja Nager, District- Bulandsahar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, as per allegation made in the FIR, applicant has taken the deceased along with him and thereafter committed his murder but admittedly informant of the case is not the eye-witness. 4.
