The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vijay Thakur, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 40 of 2024, under Sections 379, 307 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Kydganj, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of wife. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that deponent of this bail application is informant herself. Dispute took place between couple. In a fit of anger, he assaulted to his wife. There was no intention to cause death to anyone. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 5.4.2024. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse
