This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kasim @ Pilla, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 308 of 2024, under Section 271 BNS and Section 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Khandauli, District- Agra, during pendency of the trial in the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.12.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Pappu son of Shareef and Pappu son of Chiraguddin, have already been enlarged on bail of by this Bench vide order dated 07.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 41184 of 2024, co
