Heard Sri Ashutosh Shukla, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Manish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Yamin, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 141 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Binauli, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case has been shown against the applicant, in which the applican
