The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Narayan Kumar Gupta @ Chhotu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2024, under Sections 3, 4, 25 of Arms Act, IPC, Police Station- Manikpur, District- Chirakoot, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of one country-made pistol and three cartridges. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he was arrested in some other cases and falsely implicated in this case. He has criminal history of three cases to his credit and is languishing in jail since 02.06.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future.
