The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Waseem Urf Kala, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 931 of 2023, under Sections 2(b)(1), 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chandpur, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in five criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
