The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 612 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Nandgram, District Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 12.07.2024 against co- accused Anuj Chaudhary and unknown person and according to the FIR on 11.07.2024 co-accused Anuj Chaudhary along with his unknown associate caused firearm injuries to the brothers of the informant and due to the injuries caused by them one brother namely Vikash died during treatment and another brother Naveen
