The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajesh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0008 of 2024, under Sections 384, 406, 419, 420, 506, 507, 34 IPC and section 66C, 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that amount of Rs. 50 lakh was transferred to the account of informant and from his account aforesaid transferred amount was transferred to another account. There was no amount withdrawn by the applicant. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 03.05.2024.
