Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case alongwith co-accused. There are two statements of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein date of the incident is different but manner of the incident is almost the same.Applicant has been implicated to justify the pregnancy of the victim contacted elsewhere. At the time of her medical examination no recent injury was found on her private part.. The applicant is in jail since 29.1.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
