The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Asif Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2014, under Sections 3/4/9 Official Secret Act, 1923 & Section 66(F) Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station Kotwali, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 15.12.2016, which is not available. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court only one prosecution witness out of 15 has been examined. The applicant is in jail since 22.3.2015.
